MIND • BODY • CONNECTION
For the woman who holds it all, and is ready to be held.
You are the one everyone relies on.
At work, at home, in your relationships. You remember the details, anticipate the needs, carry the responsibility and keep everything moving.
From the outside, you might look like you have it all together.
But inside, you may feel exhausted, overwhelmed and disconnected from the woman you used to know.
Perhaps you're navigating perimenopause, postpartum, moving through a season of change, struggling with thoughts that won't quieten, or simply wondering when it became such a struggle to make space for YOU.
You've spent so long holding space for everyone else.
What if it were your turn to be held?
Welcome to Lu K Collective —
A personal sanctuary where you can slow down, exhale and reconnect with yourself.
Through personalised coaching and support, meditation, mindfulness and gentle movement, we'll explore what you need in this chapter of your life.
Not another thing to get right.
Not another version of yourself to perform.
A space to pause. A space to be supported. A space to come home to you.
My journey wasn't linear.
It was a returning.
For more than 20 years, I've moved through the world of health and wellbeing in many forms: personal trainer, ballet school owner, creator of Soul Shift Barre, founder of The Butterfly Sanctuary, Lu K Coaching, and now ALL under one umbrella, Lu K Collective.
Each chapter taught me something, but it was my own body, and my own journey, that taught me the most.
I've lived with OCD and experienced the profound impact that our thoughts, fears and patterns can have on the way we move through life. My experiences with OCD and brain trauma deepened my understanding of what it can feel like when life is happening on the outside, while you're struggling to find peace on the inside.
My own path led me towards meditation, self-compassion, coaching and a different relationship with my body and mind.
I began to understand that change isn't always about pushing harder, doing more or trying to become someone new, sometimes, it begins when we stop striving long enough to listen, when we learn to meet ourselves with patience and compassion and make room for stillness, connection and the possibility of doing things differently.
Today, my work brings together the different threads of my journey to create a space where women can explore what wellbeing means for them.
You don't have to perform, prove or pretend here.
You can arrive exactly as you are.
And together, we can begin from there.
WE MOVE WITH THE SUN, NOT AGAINST THE CLOCK
Imagine beginning your day without immediately reaching for your phone.
A moment of stillness. A deeper breath. Gentle movement as the morning light enters the room.
A walk outside. Time to notice what you need before the day begins asking things of you.
These small moments can become invitations to live more intentionally.
Through meditation, movement and everyday wellbeing practices, we explore ways to create a rhythm that feels more supportive and less driven by constant “busyness”.
This might include:
Gentle barre and stretching
Morning mindfulness and meditation
Walking and time outdoors.
Practical ways to create space around technology
Reflecting on boundaries, rest and the demands you carry
Exploring everyday nutrition and lifestyle habits
Connecting with others and returning to you
There is no perfect morning routine. No checklist you must complete.
The invitation is simply to notice where you might create a little more space for YOU.
Choose differently. Choose consciously. Choose you.
YOUR CHOICE
You might arrive knowing exactly what you need. Or you might simply know that something has to change.
Perhaps you want individual coaching, and you also crave the stillness of meditation, or you may want to reconnect with movement without feeling that you have to push yourself, maybe you need specialised support with OCD.
You don't have to fit into one category!
We'll begin by talking about where you are, what you're experiencing and what you hope to change. From there, we can explore which practices or combinations may be appropriate for you.
Support may take place in individual sessions in your own home, group classes, walking sessions or online, it all depends on your choice of offering.
You bring your story. We'll explore the next step together.
